SIMBAT type, Pile Dynamic Testing System（High Strain Testing System）, which can replace static testing experiment, was imported to and adjusted successfully in Tianjin institute of water carriage engineering under the ministry of transportation by SoulYoung.

Adjustment

This High Strain Testing System, SIMBAT, which can replace static experiment, was firstly introduced to China by SoulYoung on October 20th in 2006. It was successfully adjusted in Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering.
